“暑假青年联欢会”活动计划

（中中网讯）据青年部提供的资料，青年召集人李文迪、杨韵曦与各组员开会商议后，初步拟定的“暑假中山青年联欢会”活动计划如下：

2011年6月26号 Ice Breaker, Event Planning

Time & Date: 2:00pm-4:30pm, Sunday, June 26, 2011.

– 活动目的event purpose:

1) 介绍留加中山同学会给当天的朋友 （以幻灯Power point 形式）

2) 召集当天朋友加入留加中山同学会 (Add them as members)

3) 让当天参加的朋友 互相认识，大家一起 欢乐 (Play together and make friends)

4) 希望活动后，能建立首批同学会成员名单 (Establish first member list)

– 活动所需

1）幻灯（Power point） 介绍留加中山同学会—— Angelica

– 需要幻灯机（Projector ）!

2）游戏奖品(Prizes) X 10 —— Jason + Tracy + Rosita

3）入场费收集箱（Entrance fee box）—— Shirley + Edwin

– 入场费以 捐赠模式，建议$2. ( By donation, suggest $2.)

4）联系表格( contact info forms) X 30 —— Angelica

– 留下当天参加者的 联系资料

5）准备各种用具 Index Card + Tapes , a lot, limited tapes, unlimited cards —— Coco

– 建高塔游戏 Tower building game

– 介绍游戏 We need a detail explanation on the Horses Knights Cavaliers Game

6）准备用纸 Papers for feedbacks , X 30 —— Coco

7）准备食物和饮料 Foods and drinks, 纸杯 X a lot , 40 —— Jason + Tracy + Rosita

8）确认参加人数 —— Angelica + Jason

纲要 Rundown:

1）自我介绍 —— Angelica + Kimli

– circle around, and introduce yourself, and participants need to memorize other s names, whoever can memorize more wins! With prizes.

2）幻灯介绍 Power point presentation —— Angelica + Jason

3) 游戏之一 Games: part 1 —— Angelica + Kimli

– Divide people by colors randomly

– Horses Knight Cavaliers game

4) 用餐、交谈、唱歌、打乒乓球自由时间 Eat, talk, sing, Table tennis time ~ FREE TIME

5) 游戏之二 Games: part 2: ——- Angelica + Kimli

– building tower with index card + tapes

– unlimited index card , limited tapes

6 ) 收集意见和联系资料时间Feedback time + leave contacts info ——-Angelica + kimli
